We are a charity offering therapeutic life coaching using the Human Givens approach to promoting emotional wellbeing.
We are based in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire supporting people in the local community, across Bedfordshire and surrounding areas.
Our volunteer therapeutic life coaches offer practical help that deals with mental and emotional distress in the here and now, enabling you to move on in your life as quickly as possible.
We offer 5 FREE one-to-one sessions. These sessions can be face to face, via zoom or the telephone.
